Cancellation Policy
After placing your order, cancellation is no longer possible.
We work hard to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order is placed, it is immediately included in the processing cycle. Often, your order is already too far in this process by the time we receive and can handle your cancellation via email.
Therefore, cancellation is not possible.
The best option is to wait until your package is delivered. If you do not wish to keep the products, you can then return them according to our return policy.

Do I receive an order confirmation email?
Yes, once you have placed your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email and once your product has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 2 days of receiving the order confirmation, please contact us via the contact form.
Can I follow my package?
Of course! Once your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail and you will find the tracking link.
From where will my package be sent?
We ship all orders from a fulfillment center in China. We consciously chose this because we can serve our global customers faster from there. In addition, this is better for the Millieu, because much less transport is involved. You can read more about this at this page.
Return policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase in our webshop. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it under the following conditions:
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The product should be placed in the original packaging to be returned must not be opened and no signs of use contain.
For hygiene reasons, nail cosmetics are not suitable for return if the seal is broken after delivery. If you have unopened items from, for example, a starter set, this will be settled pro rata. Please contact us for this info@glamnailsprofessional.nl.
Important: If anything is missing or broken when the package arrives, please notify us first report this to our customer service before you send it back.
Returns process
- Fill it return form completely and add it to your return shipment. Without a return form, the return shipment will not be processed.
- Return the product with a track & trace shipment and email the code to info@glamnailsprofessional.nlThis way you can always prove that the product has been shipped and we can accept it at our warehouse.
- It return address is the address stated on the returns form, not the address on the package.
- We are not liable for lost or damaged items.

Was your package automatically returned due to refusal or failure to collect it from a service point? Then you serve this by email so that we can process it as a return.
Refund
When we have received the returned products in the above condition, we will refund the purchase amount including any shipping costs paid 14 working days back to your account.
- The costs for returning are: at your own expense.
- If a package is refused or is not collected from a service point, the return costs will be deducted from the refund.
- These costs vary per country. So always make sure that you accept or collect your package properly at a post office/service point.
