Yes, once you have placed your order, you will immediately receive a confirmation email and once your product has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 2 days of receiving the order confirmation, please contact us via the contact form.
Of course! Once your order has been sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail and you will find the tracking link.
We ship all orders from a fulfillment center in China. We consciously chose this because we can serve our global customers faster from there. In addition, this is better for the Millieu, because much less transport is involved. You can read more about this at this page.
Return policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase on our webshop. If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it under the following conditions:
Return
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. The product serves in the Original packaging to be returned and may not be open and do not contain any traces of use. If the product does not meet these conditions, we cannot accept the return shipment. For reasons of hygiene, nail cosmetics is not suitable for being returned when the seal has been broken after delivery. If you have unopened articles from, for example, a starter set, this is settled in Rato. For this, contact us via info@glamnailsprofessional.nl.
Return process
To return a product, you must serve the return form complete To be filled in and can be added to your return shipment. Without a return form, the return shipment will not be processed. The product must be returned with a Track & Trace Ship and the code you should email to info@glamnailsprofessional.nl, So that you can always prove that the product has been sent and we can accept it at our warehouse. We are not liable for lost/damaged articles.

Has your package been automatically returned by refusing the package or by not picking it up at a collection point and do you want to handle it as a return? Then you have to make your return known via e-mail.
Repayment
If we have received the returned products in the above state, we will refund the purchase amount including any shipping costs within 14 working days. Costs for the return shipment are for your own account. If a package is refused or is not collected at a service point, this also entails return costs that are deducted from the total refund. These return costs differ per country, so make sure you take your package neatly or pick it up at a post office/service point.
